An Indo-Pak wrestling Final

.
So how does that relate to Indians and Pakistanis?

Indians and Pakistanis are in the same boat in many ways

Eugenics as a topic is always frowned up as it can very quickly turn into racism , but physical traits required for performing is a certain sport , like it or not , are part of your DNA and they dont always come naturally.

The reason claim IVC because there are numerous sites in India and the sites of earlier period are in Pakistan while later one in India showing the Eastward migration. BTW, anything that was East of Indus is our culture.

And Anything that Fall under IVC is our.Now be the IVC sites in India,Bangladesh or even USA.they belong to us

Moderators?

I messaged you regarding some of the posts here.

Ah well. We try with all. I don't like calling people idiots, but as they say misguided nationalism brings out the worse in people...
Did not mean to call anyone specifically an idiot. Just the tone and content of the post. That's all

indian genotype is not good for contact sports

Screw genotype. What do you know? Have you participated in contact sport competitions?

If you have you would know that genotype does not matter. For you it is just an excuse to cover your racism.

See this is what I meant that people take discussion on how physiology affects athletic abilities as racism.
There are different body types that are cut out for doing different tasks and that is all there is to it.

Body-types-600x416.jpg

Ectomorph is thinner with longer bones
Mesomorph is more muscle and less fat
Endomorph is big boned and more fat.

Each type can do somethings better than the other

There is a certain amount of nurturing that can be done using diet and training but the code that is there in the DNA does dictate what level you can perform in a certain sport.

Then how do you explain Indians winning medals? You are giving yourself a shut-up call.

India is a place where many different people have mixed. You can not issue general judgmental statements about geno-type, DNA, Races, and stuff.

There is a great deal of leeway dependent entirely upon the will of the sportsman. Individual's DNA plays a role in selection of sport. But beyond that it is a matter of talent and will power. You can not tell me that India (or Pakistan for that matter) have any one of these body types present or absent. The population of South Asia is in excess of 1.5 Billion. Keep that in mind.

when one comes out of a fight looking like this that too not with gold , then there is isn't much in there to celebrate

OlymYogeshwarAug122012.jpg
Foolish boy, this is everything to celebrate. A sportsman who had the grit to stick it out and get an Olympic medal regardless of injury. May we get thousands of people of his caliber.

.
Keep celebrating mediocrity , doesn't change the fact that indians make poor sportsmen , at home and abroad.
