Nadella could be one of the 5 highest paid CEOs in the tech world in 2014. He’s expected to make up to $17.2 million this year and $30.4 million a year starting in 2015. The Microsoft CEO salary comes from four different places.
Nadella has a $1.2 million annual salary and he’s eligible for a yearly cash bonus worth up to $3.6 million. Additionally, he’ll take home an annual stock award of $13.2 million starting in 2015. Nadella will also receive stock awards based on Microsoft’s stock performance for each of the next three years.
