ohh no i dont blame anyone without a reason...there are actually some judges in peshawar high court with soft spots for terrorists. you cn blame prosecution in all those cases in which punishments are not given ...but PHC has not allowed to execute any terrorsit after 2015 who were sentenced by mil courts.
