A word of advise, don't ride high on the successes of the NATO alliance. The best course would be to let Afghans be, let that nation heal and find it's own way. This supporting business has brought nothing but misery to them.

Support but don't use them. If that does happen then sadly the history of 90s WILL be repeated.
