Probably due to similarity in air intake valves in front of the nose which is then transferred to the processing chamber in lungs and further exhaust through the similar nose makes it look similar. Because they both have large nose, a reshaping of air inlet (maybe rectangular intake like F-18) can prove to be a more stealthy feature.
