Correct, Trump (and every president before him) fly that 747 pretty much everywhere. There are rare cases where a smaller plane is used but generally because of capacity constraints. It's a status symbol for any head of state who can afford to have and fly one.

it is interesting the American Air Force one is still a Boeing 747 (modified one). A lot of countries are still using Boeing 747s as Air Force Ones
