You know, in the face of Nasr, Babur, Ra'ad and all the stand off weapons we have, I don't think the Indians will have the backbone to keep their assets at forward airbases once war really starts. There might be an initial bluffing maneuvre at the very beginning where Su-30s are stationed at the forward locations, but they might pull them back and leave decoys to try and waste PAF's efforts.

If, in the face of Nasr, Babur, Ra'ad, and our anti-radiation missiles etc. the Indians decide to keep their Su-30s in Pathankot, Hilwara etc., then hats off to them.

There are Two aspects of this Su 34

One where you can put 8 Tonnes load that makes it exactly similar to Su 30

So why should we have Two planes when they will increase the maintenance headaches

Now the second aspect where you can put Maximum 12 TONNES load
to make it a Bomb Truck with A few Air to Air missiles

But in such case the Thrust Weight Ratio becomes Very poor

The Combat Radius and Maximum Speed ; Maximum Altitude
ALL parameters will be affected

And it is like a Flying Brick ; which cannot Manuever and cannot Fight

It is good for Uncontested Air spaces like Syria ; Ukraine ; Georgia

Brahmos is a multi million dollar weapon, India cant use too many of them. We have hundreds of rocket artillery pieces which will destroy these air bases whenever required in a cost effective manner.
