Does your analysis take into account the distribution of nationalities as represented on PDF? The nationality represented the most would statistically be the most likely to rate as well.

To be more accurate, the nationality with the most number of people qualified to give a rating, would be the one to give the most ratings. That explains why the OP's biggest share of ratings are by Pakistanis. There are several times more title holding Pakistanis, than any other nationality.

Yes, that is why I said "The nationality represented the most would statistically be the most likely to rate as well". And as you point out, Pakistanis are the majority of the raters, and I will add not only that, the selection process ensures adherence to a particularly preferred mindset that is likely to judge very similarly.
