That's funny. We had the guts to collectively declare Qadiyanis non-Muslim during OIC meeting, which was rather a peaceful non-violent heretic sect compared to terrorists of ISIS. Yet we are unwilling to call a global conference on these butchers and declare them non-Muslim?
