Can a person be correct all the times?
Can a person has his/her own bias on a certain subject?
If you can answer these questions in yes, you will have your reply of what you have posted.
The problem here is of picking and choosing what fits one's own pre-conceived ideas and thoughts, not of being able to evaluate the evidence free from such a bias.
Given the previous vicious denials of what Professor Fair says generally here on PDF, why should not the present OP be equally viciously attacked? Or is it that PDF wishes to support
only what supports a pre-defined narrative? Alternatively, if all of a sudden, her views here are suddenly credible, then why should her other views not be considered similarly and not be rejected summarily? May be she does have a bias, but by definition, so does PDF if it does the above.
To me it does not matter. Fire away as you wish. Her views, both for and against, continue to have their due effect where it matters in forming opinions. Fair, Haqqani, Rushdie, Haley, YLH, the list of PDF's favorite targets goes on and on quite predictably.
