@Rusty Absolutly right. pak Govt need to open an institute to teach our small business how to apply costumer services. Unfortunately in pakistani culture there is always greed but not a long term planing to boast business in favour of customers treatment. Only few business communities are awesome in pakistan memon, bohri & Agha Khani their dealing & customers services are good enough which I personally observed in Karachi.

no need for government.
People should not shop at places that don't offer good customer service. This way , we can use the shop's greed to make them behave.

Problem is that there is no free market in Pakistan. All industries are run by mafias and once that happens there is no incentive to offer good customer service.

He can work as a servant at the house of the youtube creator who earns in dollars and spends in rupees.
