every army related person has taken govt institutes out of trouble..why? its not because he is an expert in the field, its simply the fact that corruption is slightly less at there tenure

Because checks and balances in the Military system ensures that people who hold key positions are reasonably competent. Therefore most retired military officers, though seldom brilliant; are better managers than those that got their position thru ‘Nepotism’.

This is also the reason why Pakistan under military rule experienced better economic growth and better overall governance.

I am sure that Railways, PIAs and Steel Mills along with power plants are going to be privatize in near future.
