He is not probably aware of that all the tanks that were shown on the military parade were sent back to factories as they had many problems to be even taken to the test field. So Russia do not have even fully functioning prototypes right now. I am not saying T-14 is a bad tank or anything like that but it is way to go before they will be accepted by Russian MoD.
