so how many migs you phased out this year and which jet replaced them because in last year i don't think you inducted any jet in IAF.

Afaik, One Mig-27 sqd was phased out this year... don't know about Mig-21 though....Also IAF inducts around 15-16 Su-30MKIs every year....Though from next year and onwards, we expect Tejas and Rafale to start inducting in service too along with MKIs...

judging by the pace of rafale deal it seems hard that you will get your first jet in 2018

This has already been confirmed, the jets are in production (in France) to be delievered in early 2018, they are just awaiting a buyer. The Indian Rafale deal will be secured this month (June) so India will be able to get them. The point of these 36 Rafales is to meet the urgent requirements of the IAF and hence Dassualt have offered such swift delivery whilst the talks for setting up an Indian Rafale production line for 90+ Rafales is pursued seperately.

well bro when deal for raedy made 36 rafales has taken over 2 yrs and 4 in total then how much time if at all india intrested in getting 90+ to be made india will take place ? only god can answer

Completly discount the MMRCA talks that had gone on before, the deal that Modi intiated in April 2015 was VERY different to the MMRCA.

The MII production line deal will be secured this fiscal ie by March 31st 2017.
