Hmm, so there is some confirmed information in your post followed by some opinions and theories which obviously aren't confirmed. The thing about the US vacating their posts is that PA never made a big issue about it and the operation is continuing on and we so far we haven't seen Taliban comming from the afghan side to support their counterparts. If any thing whatever scum was in SWA has run away from the fight. So I don't know if that post abandoned thing matters that much.

Now as far as top ttp cadre airlifted to afghan, I don't know could be true could be not. After all no has confirmed it. But let's assume it is true, is the reason simply because CIA or whoever wanted to save their assets? And have them regroup in afghan to attack PA in the future? I'm no war general but that is a very pathetic strategy. If ttp doesn't put up a fight and PA takes over complete control of SWA and NWA - which they seem to be doing- then it's pretty much over for ttp, it will take a miracle and a half for them to push PA back. I don't believe gurella attacks from the mountains will work that much also keeping in mind there is no local support for ttp. So why would the US try to save the top leadership and provide them a sanctuary in Afghanistan, keeping in mind that in future these assets can turn on them, that's beyond me.

As far as Mullah fm is concerned then also keep in mind that he may very well be in Swat just doing his best tricking PA and evading fro them.

So far proof concern, Punjpeer was there when Terbella established and my father 1st time visited it.. 2ndly, after our last encounter (about punjpeer) i have spoken to many punjpeeries, mostly didn't know about the name you mentioned i.e. Molvi Faqir (now i don't know how come he become authority to change the name of the village). 3rd the name punjpeer got by this villege because of some peer's graves on the hill, and this happened long long time back.

Last not the least, punjpeer is hindko word, where punj means 5, and peer means some saint. Which shows the person who given the name punjpeer to this villege consider/follow peers. While the acquisition Molvi Faqir is so called deoband, while follower of strict salafism, don't make sense at all..

Fracker, we are using the word panjpiri for any guy who follows the teachings of the madrassa situated in panjpir(the area in swabi), they actually call their group "ishat o tauheed wa sunnah"(or something like that). Informally people call them panjpiris. They do not believe in Sufis,in fact they are the opposite of it.
