Im aware of that. Nevertheless Baghdad reemerged while Mongolia stayed the shithole it was before. Same counts for Moscow. There is a reason why Germany after WW Ii quickly became ghe economic giant thatnit was also before. Its the center of Europe. A massive trade hub. And there is a reason why Russia never managed to achieve that status.

In other words, if Russia wanted to rule Europe...it would dissolve itself and move the Kremlin to Berlin, Paris or Rome. Its that simple.

How about poor arabs defeated mighty roman and Persians empires. Then poor shepherds defeated mighty romans and became ottomans.
