If they were innocents , they could have waited for court verdict they would have been released. But escaping after killing a policeman, they are terrorist,Its common anywhere in the world, if you kill the policeman, other colleagues will consider attack on them.
I say they signed their death warrant, moment they killed the policemen, irrespective they are innocent or not

three of them who had escaped in 2013 from Khandwa jail as well, had shared the same cell. He said their escape from jail was similar to the escape they had staged in Khandwa.
“The place where the encounter took place is 11-12 kilometres from the prison. The prisoners reached there on foot,” said Mr. Shukla.
When asked how come the prisoners were clad in sweatshirts, jackets and wearing wrist watches when they had escaped from prison, Mr. Thakur said,
“Since all of them were undertrial prisoners they are allowed to wear what they want. Only convicts have uniforms.”

Bhopal, Oct 31, 2016 (PTI)
Head Constable Ramashankar Yadav, killed by SIMI activists for escaping from jail here, was a doting father who was excited over forthcoming marriage of his daughter but the tragedy has now pushed the family into profound grief.
"Ramashankar was happy and excited over his 24-year-old daughter Sonia's wedding scheduled for December 9," his nephew Vijay Shanker Yadav told PTI.
Ramashankar, who had earlier suffered a heart attack, was busy making arrangement for the wedding, he said. "My uncle was busy making arrangements for his daughter's marriage. But as fate had it, we got the news of his killing by SIMI men this morning," Vijay said.
Ramashankar's two sons -- Shambhunath (36) and Prabhunath (32) -- are in Army, who are currently posted at Guwahati and Hissar, respectively.
While Prabhunath has reached Bhopal, Shambhunath is scheduled to arrive late tonight, he said. "My uncle's body is at morgue after postmortem. His mortal remains will be consigned to flames tomorrow," he added.
A pall of gloom has descended on Yadav family after the incident. "We will sit and talk whether to go ahead with the wedding or postpone it," Vijay added.

The police on Monday dismissed criticism over the encounter killing of eight Students Islamic Movement of India (Simi) activists near Bhopal, saying there was heavy exchange of fire in which they were felled after which four countrymade guns and some sharp- edged weapons were recovered from them.
“There was heavy firing from the other side (activists) and they were killed in retaliatory fire.
Three policemen received injuries from sharp weapons. Police opened 45-46 rounds of fire,” IG Yogesh Chaudhary told a media briefing after questions were raised over the genuineness of the encounter.
The slain activists, Chaudhary said, were dangerous criminals
who were involved in the killing of two constables in Khandwa and elsewhere in 2008 and 2011.
Besides, three of them were involved in an earlier jailbreak in Khandwa in 2013.
Asked about a video purportedly shot at the encounter site in which a policeman is seen firing at a motionless body, he said, “We have been involved in the action the whole day. We have to look at the video and into its veracity.”
