We make sure, that at-least justice is delivered to victims. We condemn and acknowledge that we have problem within our society, but we almost always make sure to punish the culprits. The reason why people can see a lot of cases against women being registered and the same reported in the media as well lately. Women are now coming forward to report the crime against them more than it happened in the past.

Now let me ask you what is Pakistan's track record on providing justice to Rape victims ???? I guess it's way lesser than 10% or almost ZERO percentage. LOL

Sorry it's not me, but your own responsible senators acknowledging it on record. And this is one of the main reasons why rapes are getting under reported in Pakistan since it deter the victims.

Now please think twice before pointing fingers on other countries, even if you do so, please make sure to provide justice to similar victims back home.

I agree that criminals in Pakistan (not just rapist) get away quite frequently and thats coz our judicial system is F.ed up. But Pakistan is dwarfed compared to the number of crimes committed in India.

Well with 5 times more population we can expect more crime and criminals in India. It shouldn't come as a surprise. The question is what does the judicial system do??

Now on topic, it can be put in two simple sentences.

Attack and kill the force and expect disproportionate retaliation. And neither Pakistan nor India or Kashmir is and exception. Period.
