Type59G aka Durjoy tank- Upgrade is done in Bangladesh

Give some information on fire control, gun control, optics, thermal imagers if any, armor, ballistic computer, engine/ transmission and the main gun. The reason why i am asking all this is that one of my sources telling me that Durjoy is nothing but Chinese type-59G upgrade repackaged in a new casing.

The similarity with Al Zarrar is still striking. But we were helped by ukrainians, Germans, Italians on it, not Chinese.

go into water: upto 1,400 millimeter deep

main gun ammunition store: upto 28 rounds
no info about FCS, protection, laser warning etc

The key question is wether you brought 125-II ammunition with this tank.

The 125-I ammunition can't pen Indian T-90S

They dont need to, they are friends with India. Its Myanmar they need to worry about as they also field VT-1As, around 100 of them.

Ofcourse, as long as T59 fleet exists in Pakistan army, more AZ upgradations can be done. As far as I remember, target was to produce 600 AZs. by end of 2017 roughly 490 units were produced so its natural to continue production.

True, minimum number envisaged for Alzarrars was 600. More 59s/ 69s can be converted if needed.

Last i heard they were nearing 550

Friends they are now a part of india in Pakistan bashing they are ahead of india.
