This is in short a story of every institution run by Pakistan. We should refer to them as CE's (Criminal Enterprises). This actually means that a vast majority of our countrymen are criminals who indulge in practices that would make your head spin.

The key for me here. Major reform/overhaul is needed as so much is wrong. Its not simply a case of fake licences but goes much deeper especially with regards to regulation.

CAA clearing all licenses and admitting they have issued all lic. But CJ of Pakistan ask , then how pilots have excess to all CAA computers to pass the exams....So, CJ of Pakistan reservations are correct. CAA computers can easily be excess and pilots have no problem to pass exams .... lol .................. GREAT.
