AK Party says ‘Turkish nation' will remain in constitution

Well, Actually thats exactly what we are trying to avoid, State and Religion should be seperated. Our nationalisme is based on our language and culture, Etnicity was never a part of this, And this is how we want to keep it. A Kurd can call himself a proud Turk always, Same goes for Turkic.

Btw, Busy watching One Piece, So far so good :D
very well said.
this is what people of the indian subcontinent needs to learn.

I've yet to meet a Kurd saying he is a proud Turk. Heck, you even got millions of Kurds in Turkey waving non-Turkish, terrorist flags, and you talk about exporting Turkish nationalism to the Kurds, while they are currently going through a national awakening in the Middle East? Wishful thinking. If Turkey doesn't change its constitution, eventually West-Kurdistan becomes reality.

Then you are badly informed, Personnaly i have met some kurds here in hilversum that called themselfs proud Turks and some that doesnt. That mathers little since our reasons are justified and logical, Wether the constitution changes or not wont mather, What will change? You will still be a Citizens of the Republic of Turkey, There is nothing to change.

Oh, if YOU haven't met a Turkish Kurd who is proud with his/her country, then there must be no such Kurd in existence, right? . I admire the conclusions/generalizations you derived from the individuals around your tiny, miserable personal life :)

Tell us more about that Kurdish national awakening.

I do not have to use the individuals I've to see that millions of Kurds are waving terrorist flags in West-Kurdistan and non-Turkish flag.

Tell us more about that Kurdish national awakening.

In every country Kurds are present, besides Iran of course, they are gaining more power. The fact that you pathetic country couldn't gain a military victory for more than 30 years, in despite of being a NATO member, against a tiny, miserable guerrilla force is expressive.

You see what you want to see my friend. Nobody have ever denied the fact that there are many terrorist sympathisers in Turkey, but what you are saying with your poor observation and generalizations, is every Kurd in Turkey are like them. But you are wrong.

Indeed they are miserable just like you, but they are far from being tiny.

Preventing people from expressing their opinions by hanging them from cranes and torture doesn't make those ideas disappear. I believe Iran will learn it soon in a painful way.

Why is the constitution being changed??.....

Actually both fill it, ethnicity and who lives in there

How can it be both?? A Turk is a Turk while a Kurd is a Kurd, you should not expect all Kurds to be willing to call themselves proud Turks although there may be many I am sure that are.

well, the gov't now wants to bring the same presidency system the one you have in US. To make that system you have to built a Federal System first. To bring a fed system to "Republic Of Turkey". You have to change the constitution first. In that time they'll probably make some changes on religious, Ataturk's ideologies, gov't type. They'll also remove the term "Turkish Nation" as People living in Turkey or a sh¡t else like that. Meanwhile, they're gonna rape our history and make born a child whose parents are Erdogan, AKP and F. Gulen fanatics. Awful!!! What could else could be expected from a gov't that negotiates with terrorists!

BTW Bro about the both thing, That's why Ataturk said "Ne Mutlu Turkum Diyene", which means you don't have to born as Turk to be a Turk. If you're not originally Turk, but if you accept the requirements, the things that the country want from you, ...etc. You're already Turk then :)

Lol sucker, I even have Kurdish speakers in my family.

Well, you've met with your long-waited half-Kurdish (actually in Mathematical sense its somewhere near %12.5) proud Turkish citizen.

I understand now, yes imo presidential system is better but do you guys want such a system or are fine with the one you have??

For countries like Australia, US; yes it's better, for us we don't want it. Turkish people are eager to it's independency. So there can't be such a system. The one that Ataturk found is pretty suitable for us. A Secular, Social and Lawful Parlemantary Republic is the best for Turkey as it was mentioned in the first 3 laws of the Constitution

There is only one PATHETIC country and we all know which country that is,how can you gain a military victory in a guerilla war?
Go learn something about warfare, then come and talk about victory.
Your not fighting an army, all you can do is talk like brugman.
You better hope there wont be a war against your country, then we will see who is Pathetic(tiny Israel against ''allmighty'' Iran)

Actually half-Kurds are the most crazy. Even that Ocalan animal is half Kurdish. I don't know why this is but I think half-ethnicity people have identity issues and that is why there are so crazy. I think we need to reintroduce death-penality for such people.
