anyways there is one thing which is quite obvious. like pointed out by patriot, u indians accepted all wat he said against pakistan but now he suddenly has gone mad. not that i want u to believe him, but y only believe when he says what you want him to say

His confession was recorded but not accepted as enough by the court. That was why the trial took one year. Otherwise as soon as he confessed the court could have pronounced guilty and then announced punishment.

The judge however, recorded the confession but asked the prosecutor to bring forward witnesses and other evidences forward to prove the involvement of Kasab in the case. His confession alone can not and was not the only basis of his conviction---if he does get convicted that is.

He is a criminal being tried in a court of law, whatever he says cannot be taken at face value unless backed by proof.

-He said he is a Pakistani and that was accepted by GoP, your media found out his home, and his parents recognized him.
-He said he carried out the attacks-was attested by his video footage and the statement of the policemen.
-He said he was guided by the terrorists based in Pak-was attested by the call records provided by GoI and FBI.

the series of events is pretty strange , how come this photographer took clean shots of only kasab , i beleive this one was taken during the attack !? why couldnt he take photograph of the other attacker ? and than its only kasab who got captured alive ? some thing is forsure fishy here though !!

About picture anyone can Photoshop it. Read about Indian agencies fake encounters whether in Kashmir, Mumbai or Delhi e.g. Ansal Plaza, Khawaja Younus or the cases of Gujarat. They can bring anyone from anywhere and pose him as the culprit.
