One year in indian jail speaking only to indians will change anyones accent..

Please don't assume---it makes an out of u and me-----. Here is a reason---an illeterate punjabi can never hardly ever completely change his accent---the languages are grammatically different---one is considered masculine grammatically---the other is considered feminine grammatically----an illeterate can never overcome the differences.

An illeterate living under illeterate condition may never lose his manner of speech-----.

Let's get the facts straight! Ajmal Kasab was an Indian agent trained by RAW and clothed by Harrods, London. All the equipment he carried was provided by the Indian Army. He belongs to the Shiv Sena and was briefed and motivated by Bal Thakrey to go kill 400 people (Poor sod could kill only a fraction of that number). He and his gang were put on rubber dinghies on the Gujarat coast and flagged off by none other than the CM, Mr Modi himself. They were received by Indian Naval commandos near the Gateway of India and shoved into hired taxis driven by IB agents and taken to their respective RVs.

Needless to say, the Mumbai police were ordered by Karkare to shoot themselves to make it look like a terrorist strike from Pakistanis (LeT/ISI). He then shot himself too to make it look more authentic. End of story. These are facts. Take it or leave it!

I respect your viewpoint but my personal experiences proves me otherwise.Im studying in a college in a city somewhat distant from my native place and after being here for two years,my accent is clearly different from native one..
And as for Kasab,he says he is pakistani,pak govt accepts he is pakistani,investigative journalists of geo tv traced his parents living in pakistan,when he was sentenced to death-dawn published openions of people from his village!!And now if he is speaking with a different accent,one need not be a rocket scientist to assume that it is because of living in an indian prison surrounded exclusively by indians for more than one year..

I created a thread way back on this when the Mumbai thing happened. However, there are explanations. Although the use of "Bhagwaan" is quite unusual, but normally when we talk to Indians, we have to dumb down the urdu as well into "Aata hai, jata hai".

There are other typical Indian urdu styles used by other terrorists on that day like on the phone.

and regarding Bhagwan thing..
I have seen some Beggars from BD in Assam who said Bhagwan ke liye de do...Although I could not tell whether they were hindus or Muslim but since they were BD (Spoke Bengali among themselves)
I assume they could be Muslim and were using Bhagwan because I was coming from a temple with a big teeka on my forehead

Anyways, the second video posted, was made in Kasab's "alleged" home village, and nobody knows the guy.. i guess Indian villages are same, where everyone knows EVERYONE!!.. even their fathers and father of fathers and so on..
