Jinnah Airport in Karachi at one time was known as the gateway to Asia, it still gets it's fair share of air traffic.

Islamabad Airport is adjacent to Chaklala Airbase, which houses an air transport wing as well as VIP flights, either way there is hustle and bustle but i wouldn't say gridlock.

These are obviously artistic images of how the airport is going to look like. Does anyone other than me find it surprising that these images show a lot of women in sarees. Was the design done in Pakistan or elsewhere? Looks like the artist confused India with Pakistan.
