yaar its air-frame based on Su-27 which was 40 year old with the exception of TVC everything based on Su-27 , whereas F-15 is highly upgraded with AESA and other latest avionics systems so both win margin will be 50/50 @wiseone2

I am skeptical of the Su-35 ability to take on the F-15

SU 35 sensors are battle proven. That's right, if US starts serious upgrades on F 15s it can become a threat in the future. Aviation industry is not black an white story

Su 35 chased away an F 22, US denied but it happened during a political stand off. It's true story, in Syria, Russian fighters did great, they could safeguard SAA FROM coalition bombardments. F 22 failed to impose a serious threat in the Syrian sky, in many cases SU 35 neutralized threats of coalition airforce under American lead.

Have you read about F-15SA capabilities??? Or the new upgrade US ones will go through?? US avionics are always better than Russian ones and currently they enjoy full gen Superiority over Russia.

Please follow the news of Syria war, F 15 can never match capabilities of F 22 in modern warfare. Let alone the SU 35 which is equipped with stealth tech along with most modern sensors

Su-35 is not 5th gen so comparing it with F-22 is like comparing apples with oranges, Su-35 is comparable with F-15s which US is upgrading using tech developed for 5th gen bird, also it has lower RCS then Su-35.

In any shooting war involving Su-35s and USAF,
you are going to see F-22s/F-35s making mincemeat out of the Su-35s before the F-15s join.
