Because in past in this test there have been cases of high tech e-cheating by students by hiding the small equipments in many places in there dresses. this is the second time this test is being held this year so all type of precautions though some may look odd

What pre-medical test has to do with the dress code? Exactly how the dark color or floral patterns and full sleeves would affect the performance of the student in the test? Some new cutting edge research has been done on the ill effects of such things on the test score or something has been found regarding this in the ancient manuscripts?

They might have read an ancient manuscript in arabic and start talking gibberish. I am afraid soon they will disallow one section of even appearing in exam or may lay heavy taxation on them for being "not like them" or even ask teacher to fail them as an act of holy war.

Lol i don't know any details about it this dress code issue but i do know test was cancelled by supreme court and its being held again so this strange looking bizarre dress code orders as a security measure

Its easy to hide the writings in dark color clothes. One can read them from close, but the invigilator can not.

Flower pattern act as camouflage.

Light colors are see through or its the cloth quality which makes it see through?

Full selves allow you hide your chits easily.
Its hard to see things written on dark clothes.
Its easy to camouflage and disguise the chit in big flowery patterns cloths...

Some things are logical to understand, it doesnt require research and lab tests

Try writing with a black ink pen on a black sheet. Then observe, you can very well see the mathematical formula you wrote there. Just a glimpse can do wonder for an average student.
