AIM-9X Block II for Saudi Arabia
April 17, 2013 Raytheon Companys (Raytheon) Missile Systems division was awarded an $8.6 million (SR32.25 million) contract in addition to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to service and support the Phase II AIM-9X System Improvement Program for the Saudi Government, the U.S. Air Force, and Navy. Raytheon is responsible for hardware and software development activities and implementation of security architecture requirements.
