First of all... good thing and approach for stating that not going to do anything illegal in these circumstances.

However, by looking and listening the content, it actually reveals that if someone approached higher authority for the grievances, which was definitely unheard at lower level/immediate reporting officer, will be pressurized as such so may commit an offense providing an opportunity to blame etc to cover the real thing. Another aspect tells that actually, handling procedure in these matters, is totally weak and such status/officer ego thing is damaging the military internally. The growing trend that this one is third case in a row within weeks that surfaced on internet, tells a lot about the reasons of previous suicide rates or killing the colleagues/officer(s).

IMO, there will be more than what surfaced till now like the Jawan in video stated about the pressure etc he is facing and the circumstances being created for him, it seems like one of the biggest reasons for all the internal offenses in Indian Army/Military. The pressure against an aggrieved soldier is built only to cover the corruption of higher ranks/immediate authority so that the matter may be put under the carpet.

The series of such events, within couple of weeks, indicates that Indian Military is having issues more than being presented. Grievances of Jawans can really hurt the reputation as well as the working of force and existing behaviour of higher ranks with juniors tells a lot in this aspect, especially after these videos. These happenings, overall conduct of seniors actually represents their approach towards professionalism.

The Junior and Front Line Officers have much harder job to do .. as they are the first to give their life on Border against an Enemy Aggression .. and if any Senior use his power to force a Junior to this Dishonory work from a Soldiers than its something to be taken seriously ..

Actually Indian Army already agreed to remove Sahayak system soon.

However, Indian Army is not removing the such colonial system but altering it so the front line soldiers wouldn't do this thing anymore but an alternate....

But none of this change our unity in defending our territory .So noone need to daydreaming on that .

A classical case of two wrongs can not make a right.

This method is plain wrong. You can not take your shyte public like this. Govt must listen to these people but also make it absolutely clear that this is breach of discipline and copycat actions will be dealt with harshly.

This can become an epidemic or a media fuelled mass frenzy if not checked in absolutely clear terms.

In the PA, dedicated Batmen are given with the rank of NCB - i.e. Non Commissioned Batman. The numbers depend on the rank of the officer.

It is against rules for any Officer to use jawans for his personal errands. Such actions attract the wrath of the one & two stars, hence does not happen.
