Aid to India will be stopped, pledges minister

I don't disagree that's one possibility.

There's also many others. A diamond that is 5,000 years old and has only been recorded since the last 400 years could have been found/mined anywhere.

I doubt they even knew how to write in andra pradesh 5,000 years ago.

Your views are not important. Because you don't even understand basic things. You have very bad habit of saying anything just for the sake of saying opposite before thinking and when anyone replies with evidence, you change the opinions and go running.

I don't know how come you got " Think Tank" It's insult for the word.

.
it's not my opinion. Ask anyone if Gaul is part of French history and you'll find it is.

Ask anyone? I'm sure many disagree because Gaul covers parts of modern day France, Belgium, northwest Germany and northern Italy. It's your opinion.

History is relative depending on your sources and who your asking but the only people who have claim to the history of Maharaja Ranjit Singh in today's Pakistan are Pakistani Punjabis. Although, I'm not sure if any of them even relate to Sikh Punjabi history.

Anyway, this discussion of history and the claim to the Koh-i-Noor is getting way off-topic so I'm going to leave it at that.

.

There's also evidence to suggest it cannot have originated in the andra pradesh mines.

"Being a diamond of the 13th century, the Koh-i-Noor diamond could not have originated in the Kollur mines near Golconda, because the diamantiferous deposits of Kollur were discovered only in the mid 16th century."

noone knows for sure where it was mined. Only that it was handed over in Lahore by someone living in Gujranwala, Pakistan.
