AI robots to patrol India borders soon, How is Pakistan countering?

. .
We just need a good sniper with 50 caliber gun. All your expensive shit will be in dust.

-Does Pakistan have a project of its own?
-Any JV with China?

Indian scientists have reportedly been working on all-terrain AI-enabled robots that might be used to patrol international border of the country. The Bengaluru-based Central Research Laboratory of defence PSU Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is working on developing a prototype for such a robot by December this year, The Times of India reported.

The BEL robot will be equipped with sensors and programmed to communicate with the control centre, the report said. In addition, it will also be able to work in situations like the recent Easter blasts across Sri Lanka while conducting surveillance, it further added.

The primary objective of the border patrol robots will be to save the lives of security personnel deployed for border surveillance. The estimated cost of these robots will be in the range of Rs 70-80 lakh for small orders. This price tag could go a lot lower if the army places large orders, the report said.

Here is your answer.

U.s has failed in using AI robots in afghanistan so how can india win by using them

Such sarcasm with little substance. If Pakistan is one of the leading countries to make military robots in 2008 itself, you would not be hard pressed to find similar articles on the same in 2019. So I would suggest you to wake up and smell the coffee( or whatever weird thing you like to smell).

AI is the future. It may not replace human intelligence just yet but it can greatly add to that intelligence.
Are you sure you want to replace soldier with an AI based robot in a country of 1.2 billion people ?

Those robots are for the countries where people are not willing to join armies or they have declining population.

Does this make economic sense to a country like India and Pakistan. By the way for your knowledge robot do not necessarily mean an alternate to the soldier. It could be any machine with sensors such heat detectors of infrared light detectors (which is already widely use tech) only with a moving vehicle that can provide real time data. Not such of a high tech thing

When they say AI robots do they mean they will try to educate the indian soldier

.
The people making the Indian robots claiming 70-80lac INR per unit. How will it be feasible when they fail to feed and dress their soldiers properly. There are videos where their soldiers complaining they have to pay for expenses out of pocket.

Yesterday i read a post by an Indian "ISRO controling 85% Pakistan from space", they live in bollywood lala land, you control whole Pakistan but you can't find our crashed F16 as you claimed? for that you have to comeup with Paint screenshots as a proof instead of ISRO's HD pitcures.

So if Mitra detects movement will it invite the intruders to touch the screen for interactive response?
See that's what I said. You would trivialize this and if some one shows you mirror, you bring up USA/China's accomplishments.

Doesn't matter the population, AI is the future. Population just has to adapt to new avenues opening because of this future. Or they will perish.

Pakistanis react to this by mocking India's AI capabilities, and by showcasing Chinese capabilities as their own. Has been very effective for far too long on PDF.
Oh, I mean itrs not like we have been making military robots for years and deploying them in actual operations.

I mean, thats exactly what you in fact did.
Unlike you guys we actually know how it goes and understand that a new weapon isnt going to make us invincible.
