What if I say, the things that we see are not like what it seems but different.
I hope and wish that it is the case but I have no evidence to believe so.
Remember, the same lot is being supported by people that they are still in power hence, direct confrontation could be harmful as well as against the law hence, if it is me, I will let loose further a bit so that the Nation itself may see the reality and decide for ourselves. Just imagine, time before such leaks and there was no such awareness among us that how culprits are running their business but as soon as such happened, many became aware. I wish you can catch the drift.
I see it differently, actually a lot different. First of all his support in public is over-rated and our military leadership needs to re-evaluate the situation on the ground. One straight hint they can get from none other than the former COAS Kiyani who helped NS in rigging. Furthermore, when Pervaiz Musharraf dismissed NS in 2001, nothing happened i.e. no large scale or even small scale demonstrations. Unlike PPP's and MQM's supporters, PMLn supporters are coward opportunists and who are corrupted to the core so they won't take to the streets especially against the army.
Well, taking action against the culprits is not against the law. The national security is the most important thing and beyond and above any man-made law. Laws and constitutions are for the country and the nation and not the other way around.
New laws and constitutions are made, amended, abrogated, neglected and put in abeyance whenever needed. But the state, its integrity, independence, and sovereignty are the most important factors to consider.
Apart from that, Army Act gives army and its leadership the legal cover and all the freedom to take action against the individuals and group that are damaging the state. So I think it is pointless to wait until every person will be unanimous because it never happens and it is impractical especially in a nation with 50-60% literacy rate. There will always be a small group that will support these goons for a lot of sinister and nefarious reasons. However, this wait is hurting the country and the enemies and traitors are not getting weak rather they are buying time to gather more strength and drown the state into more trouble. If we are just playing the game of wait & see and not doing anything to address the issue, I don't see how the situation will improve on its own.
The subject is too wide and complicated but in simple understanding, our people need awareness. There is a possibility of plantation of such people by enemy and also, IMO, our internal politics is heavily influenced by foreign stake holders as compare to the same influenced lot propagate as against PA.
It may appear daunting and complicated but in fact it is not if we set our priorities right and be sincere and true our nation, and especially if we truly believe in Almight Allah ( not just verbal claim). First of all, conflict of interests.
A business man who becomes a head of state/govt will never be sincere and dedicated to the country and it is true the world over thus there are laws and mechanisms to isolate the two. A medical doctor who is serving in govt hospital and also practices privately will mostly likely be not totally dedicated to his govt job that pays him less as compared to his private practice. Furthermore, assets in foreign countries and offshore companies.
Why NS has both his sons living abroad while he is the PM of the country and he and his wife both are Pakistani citizens?.
- When Abu Bakr became the caliph, there was no provision of stipend, salary or compensation for the caliph so was doing the business of selling his handmade head gearns/wares, so Umer and other campinion objected to that practice and consituted the stipend for the caliph so that he dedicates himself to the statecraft and also he does not take advantage of his official position/title to get unfair deals and business. So we already have a strong precedence from our history.
- Universal and unbiased justice for all: In Holy Prophet (ﷺ)'s time a woman named Faatima, belonging to an influential and rich Makhzoom family of the Quraish, was caught stealing and brought in the court of the holy Prophet ٰ(ﷺ) for the justice and he (ﷺ) sentenced her as per the law. A companion of the Prophet (ﷺ), named Osama ibne Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him), approached him (ﷺ) and interceded to save her given her family's status in the society. Holy Prophet (ﷺ) not only rejected his request but also uttered these historic words "Many a community ruined itself in the past as they only punished the poor and ignored the offences of the exalted. By Allah, if Muhammad's (My) daughter Faatimah would have committed theft, her hand would have been severed.". These words should form the basis of every constitution & law and our actiions should be guided by them.
- Fear should never be a policy. After the departure of Holy Prophet (ﷺ), the whole Muslim community was sad, demoralised and disappointed and it was at this point the caliph Abu Bakr decided to send the military expedition to suppress the zakat-evaders / deniers. All chips were down and even Omar was against it.
May Allah guide us to the right path and show us facts and bestow upon us the courage and determination to eradicate the evil.
