Perhaps we need a council of scholars to publicly educate the people that killing is wrong (vigilantism is not acceptable) and while we believe they, the qadianis, are not Muslim. It does not meaning killing them is acceptable.

perhaps we can also invite a scholar like Zakir Naik to talk to qadianis and ask them to return to Islam if they feel they are Muslims. Outreach should be made to educate the qadianis as well.

Pakistan doesn't have a state-sponsor policy against our minorities and they are very well protected under the law and has no comparison with the State-sponsored terrorism unleashed by India on Muslims or minorities religious extremism, discrimination on a caste-like system, flouting the rule of law, and intolerance. This is a heinous crime committed by one individual who must be brought to justice. Why Indian sponsor tout and their social media in Pakistan is creating a bad image of Pakistan.
