India is not like that. India does not take aid to give transit to attack other's country, give bases to foreign countries, let them attack and kill civilians with drones. Instead we have bases in other countries and we pay others.

If India go for a war with Pakistan or any other countries it will be result of harming its own interest not fighting another country's war as mercenary.

Agni 2 has 2000km range.

DRDO has managed miniaturization of Agni 2.

Thus Agni 2 Prime will carry lighter warhead having same power.

Hence Agni 2 Prime's range is 3000 km.
