You cannot apply that here. If you look at DRDO's track record when it comes to ballistic missiles, its very good. I for one am very optimistic that they will deliver.

DRDO's record with Ballastic missiles are good. Even in Agni-5 case, 2 tests have been successfully done so I find no problem in induction by next year end.
