Its not about the launch, its about the impact. Telemetry ships are stationed along the flight path of missile and around impact point. So the sea state and weather needs to be calm for better telemetry data collection and other procedures.how does the sea affect a launch? aren't Pakistan's missiles launched from somani. i know its a coastal facility and the missiles do land at sea. but i cant se why that would contribute to delaying a launch until the sea is calm

Future Developments of A1? Bro, there is no R&D program going on in A1.You clearly are not showing much signs of common sense. I clearly said in my post that the TESTING may be weather sensitive. They are not just sending missiles and making sure it hits the target they are measuring many many things which are not very relevant in war situations but are important for the better understanding and future developments.
