I agree with yourself except a little further clarification. My POV and understanding is that the thread title is the prerogative of OP according to the content posted under it and has to be compliant with it but not always the heading selected by the media outlet, therefore, the title represented the part of the news I wanted to highlight about Indian spies still coming via Iran - just like Kulbhushan did earlier, thats all.

Actually, Forum emphasis to keep title same as the original content is in effort to avoid duplication and scattered information. However, you can place your arguments/analysis/findings/observations along with excerpt from any source with due credit and then you can choose to have a title that you find appropriate. In-case when you are only copying the content without any personal input; the title must remain same.... otherwise, everyone will pick one or two things from the articles and then we will be having thousands of threads based upon one & single source based content.

I do agree with yourself about my mistake in missing the existing thread about the two spies...but that usually does not warrant a soft pre warning brother and so the request to review it.

Such soft reminders are only sent with intention so that member can be rectified with an issue and necessary correction be done. However, warning or soft reminders; the intention is to make things right hence, once the member realized that it shouldn't be done; the purpose is served. None of the Mod(s) issues warning merely because of a random practice but the purpose is that member may understand to not to repeat or an unintentional mistake can be corrected. This reminder shall not be counted for any warning or fraction at all so, you shouldn't be worried. Oh bhai, that is just an inbox via automated messaging system with information in regard to correct course of action and nothing else.
