Age limit for Masters

Hai Guys.

Yesterday i went to Uni for admission in master programme. But they refused me that you are over age some 3 months lol.. I requested them for age relaxation but got refused. Which made me angry and i start arguing with them. Maximum age for a govt job is 35. but in that Uni people with the age of 50 got selected lol

Is it in every country or Pakistan is special that you cant study once you cross 30.

Which university.?? Apart from couple of Public sector universities i don't think there is any age limit for admissions in Masters program. ?

Ohhh. Yaar why don't you take admission in University of Peshawar. Or if you have issue with age or job situation why not a distance learning Masters program from AIOU Islamabad ?

For Jobians, AIOU is a best solution i guess. It offers wide range of Masters programs from MBA to MSc or Maters in Arts. Some programs are merit based while other are non merit based. Check the link below.

education is human right ....so should not be any restriction on age .......but in India we have restriction of age limit only in professional education....( like engineering ,medical , etc) ,for rest of course no age limit

Its very unfortunate. I think you will have an understanding about the educational problems in Pakistan. Its a story of negligence, ignorance, corruption and mindlessness spread over 6 decades. If you have money you can afford the best, but if you can't than its just the matter of luck and some extra ordinary hard work to survive in this rapidly changing environment.
