U can keep live fish in pools and there is developed logistics system to handle storage and transport.

Of course there are A/C lorries if fish is to be consumed shortly.
I can have fresh seafood although I am 1500 km from the sea.
Fish can be transported here within one day.

Seriously, I can't believe u think croaker is the best on Zhoushan Island.

It's nice to see that my Chinese brothers are being responsible when it comes to fishing, having a ban for some months is a good idea for bodies of water to be replenished again with fishes.
