Closed fishing season of each sea, lake and river is different.
Closed fishing season of Yangtze River is from April to June(downstream to Gezhou Dam) or Feb. to April(upstream to Gezhou Dam).

Fishing is a profitable business in China, such steel fish boat can carry tons of fish once time and that can sell ten thousand ~ hundred thousand RMB in China market ... usually working one month and rest one or two month. Chinese fisher also can make money in local factory during their spare time, their steel fish boats mostly cost 0.4~0.5 million RMB more expensive than the Mercedes-Benz sold in China ... so Chinese fishers not poor.

U can keep live fish in pools and there is developed logistics system to handle storage and transport.
