That is the way you see it..... I see an Indian who is convicted for a crime want to get pardon from state..... Katju who was a judge before has a difference of opinion and want her to be released, he is entitled to have his own opinion on this case, and with his experience he also should know how the legal system in india works and what are the do's or dont's.......
On medical ground and looking at her age i support her release.........

You can not convict a person on the basis of a statement that too made by a convict. If this principle is accepted than very few people shall be out of prison.
