upcoming one this has 4.5 tonnes and 6 tonnes if fitted with SCE-200 (though SCE200 is for future Indian launchers mainly). I can provide official sources from government and wind tunnel model testing reports.

Though, HLV won't debut 15 years later than GSLV Mk3 unlike LM5's entry against Chinese mid heavy launchers.
Reason is that Indian HLV is just souped up MHLV, entire family heavily drawn from a. single design and plus we started the both projects simultaneously, much earlier. India has got through engine and first flight of HLV is scheduled in this decade.
