Then you dont need Chinese state to allow commerce between Chinese people.

Using your own arguments : Humans have been trading each other a lot before than states born, so states are not needed, Chinese state is not needed, each merchant can defend his business with his own gun, and CCP is much less needed .

A world superpower is needed to allow world commerce between different states, in the same way that a normal state is needed to allow commerce between people of same country.

World commerce can't work in a state of anarchy.

In the same way that a country comerce can't work well without a state (see failed states as example).

Nonsense. The world doesn't and have never operated under a single order, even during the zenith of US power. The US has created so many chaos and wars around the world trying to enforce its orders and that simply doesn't work. There will and should always be competing orders, standards, systems, belief, etc. The world commerce is not a toddler that needs some "superpower" to abuse its power.
