bhai jaan i can tell you its an easy job (even the retrieval of old record if its not destroyed already)

Intresting ,,, but question is legally the accounts are still in the name of Qazi Family ... How he will proved that they were actually being used by Dar and Shareef family ??? ...

Still a big blow to criminals ...

you actually raised two points in you earlier post
1- How to establish that accounts does not pertain to Qazi Family in reality mean that they are not the actual beneficiary owner
2- & How to establish that it was Mr. Ishaq Dar and/or Sharif Family who were the real operator/ beneficial owner of that account/ funds

first task is quit easy its actually a routine job for any AML expert to establish, but there is a twist was that account/s were used with the consent of Mr. Qazi or not this might be prove difficult to investigate as Mr. Qazi has died, so it will be very difficult to clear the name of Qazi Family form all this matter

& For second task Mr. Ishaq Dar has already acknowledge it (http://www.dawn.com/news/848873) even if due to some reason this statement could not be used for establishing that the Sharif family was the real owner of funds & account were used as per the advises of NS (or by any other member of Sharif Family), Money trail can establish who was (were) the actual/beneficial owner of those accounts.

. .
