This I agree with, it's the job of police. First it should be made absolutely clear that nothing can be done on government land without proper permission or else action would be taken. Private property is another story if somebody wants to offer Namaz or Puja they are free to do so. But due to freaking appeasement politics and in the name of freedom of practising religion anybodh is free to do anything in our country be it playing loudspeaker from mosque or temples or do Namaz or Puja on roads or government land.

Then allow them to have a mosque or at least expand existing mosques to accommodate their populations.

It is one of the most expensive piece of land in india, building so many mosques for all the immigrants from Bengal, UP and bihar is going to be a problem.. And all religious organization use prayers as a first step to land crap, that's why locals are not letting it happen near their fields and homes.
