If I were Vietnam, I would try to understand why China wants South China Sea. That's because the western navies (american, french, british & etc) are already at China's doorstep. As China grows stronger and more powerful, the zionist-west wants it contained and strangled. It's not that China wants to be some hegemonic power, rather it's learnt it's lesson from history, twice!
