Africans eye more gains with China

With all due respect. With the efficiency and ability of the Chinese govt, if China organizes an online army, at least its influence will not be worse than that of India.
In fact, the Chinese govt does not attach importance to online media. These people are not government personnel. Most of them are overseas Chinese.

What is not being realised, their actions are seen here in a very negative light. We have a very bad perception of chinese online trolls.

In contrast we see a lot of positive rapport from the consulate and other projects.
