NEW DELHI: India's non-prescriptive and non-interfering development partnership model is fast finding favour in resource-rich Africa, where China's push, ostensibly for capacity building, is receiving bad press for being hard and exploitative, according to experts on Indo-African partnership.

china is exploiting africa probably more badly than even colonists, china is doing same in pakistan, the rikodik project is just one example

but we understand, china is looking after its own interests, who wouldn't?

india would probably do the same, maybe to lesser extent given there are some indians living in africa and that indians are not as motivated due to absence of any communist regime etc

africa i propose should rise and wake up from such exploitation

it is one continent which is more resourceful than any other and yet always gets exploited
