If the Afghans "never give up" then why did the ANA and previous government crumble faster than scotch eggs and run off abroad? Everyone said it would take the ANA a minimum of 90 days to be defeated by the Taliban. In the end it didn't even take 5 days...........

If they really want them in then set up a point based system like there is one for immigration to Canada where from certain criterias you can get more points e.g. for being a skilled worker and for being a women. So that those people aren't able to get in who will just turn to crime for money or join in Indian proxies.

The previous governments in the last two decades were far less adequate to make important decisions and were frankly gutless. Pakistan now, is slowly trying to get back on its feet and become more vocal. It takes time. General public just see one side of the picture and assume the govt isn't doing much. IK is trying to change the internal system first before showing eyes to the world as its not in a strong position to do so. Pakistan needs to sort out internal law and order.

Pakistanis must remember Afghans think NWFP area belongs to Afghanistan.
If they come to those areas of Pakistan to take refuge, they still think they are living on Afghan soil.

Even with the Taliban, there is zero chance that Taliban will agree to make the Durand line as the border between Pakistan and Afghanistan.
