Seriously, the article actually has the most valid and obvious reasons for setting up dams for agriculture. Why the hell are they considered a threat to Pakistan?



And once they fill up, any attempts to damage them will result in disasters in your home country.

Let them be used for agriculture and everyone benefits.

Most of the voices threatening to blow up dams are coming from people not residing in Pakistan. Makes it easier for them , as they wont be suffering the consequences.

Since Kabul river flows from Afghanistan into Pakistan, its water belongs to both the countries. Should Afghanistan decide to dam the river, an international agreement would have to be reached as to how much water can be syphoned off by the Kabul regime.
