Do you seriously think that there is a money issue in buying Rafale ?? FYI, Indian can easily afford to buy them and still give 2 -3 Billion in aid to Afghanistan. 2 - 3 Billion are like peanuts for government of India. Our defense budget alone is over $40 Billion which is only aroud 2% of our GDP.

Stating facts. Taliban have more land than they did pre-invasion and have a good amount of support. Peace talks are the way forward. The only mistake Pak did was participate in the war.
